These Terms of Service (Terms) are a legal agreement between you and Zoul ESG FZCO (we, us) governing your use of My Better Half AI (the App), our website at betterhalfai.ai and our iOS and Android applications. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the App on behalf of yourself only, these Terms do not permit use on behalf of any other person.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. We enforce an age check at signup and may suspend accounts that we believe belong to minors.
The App provides an AI companion you can talk to by text and voice, along with features such as mood tracking, shared memories, daily reflections, astrology/horoscope content, and AI-generated portraits. Conversations and images are produced by third-party AI models and are fictional and AI-generated.
The App is not a substitute for professional care. It does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and the AI companion is not a real person, therapist, or counselor. Do not rely on it for decisions that require a qualified professional. AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or out of character, use your own judgment.
In a crisis: if you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. The SOS feature can email a contact you set, but it is not an emergency-response service and is not monitored by us.
You may register with an email or phone number and password, or sign in with Google or Apple, or set up a passkey. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App offers two paid subscription plans: Spark (USD $9 per month or USD $99 per year) and Bond (USD $19 per month or USD $199 per year). New accounts include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends you can subscribe to a paid plan; otherwise your account reverts to a limited free tier.

The App, including its software, design, text, and branding (My Better Half AI), is owned by Zoul ESG FZCO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your messages, photos, and inputs). You grant us a license to host, store, process, and transmit that content (including to our AI and infrastructure providers) solely to operate and improve the App. AI-generated outputs (such as portraits and replies) are provided to you for personal use; given how generative AI works, we make no guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.
The App is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoul ESG FZCO and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, emotional distress, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the App ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
